NOW OFFERING

CLASSES FOR THE COLORADO LAW PORTION

OF

THE MANAGER LICENSE EXAM

As you all know, the July 1st deadline for Colorado community association manager licensing is fast-approaching. We’re hearing a lot of “buzz” about the Colorado law portion of the licensing exam. Many managers have asked for a consolidated review of Colorado laws to help prepare for the test. With your requests in mind, we are excited to announce classes on the areas of Colorado law that community association managers need to know.

Each review class is a stand-alone, full-day event. You can choose the day and location most convenient for you. Classes are scheduled to begin at 9 am and end at 4 pm, with a lunch break for participants to get food on their own. Every participant will receive a study guide packed with the key elements of the laws, suggestions for how to remember the information, and questions to quiz your knowledge. Our attorneys will instruct the classes, and we will have opportunities for questions and participation throughout each class.

The class dates and locations are as follows:

REGISTER TODAY! Click on the link at the bottom of this entry to download the registration form.  The cost for each participant in the full-day class, including a bound study guide, is $100. The study guide alone is $65 and will not be available until after the first live class date. Each class has a minimum enrollment of ten (10) participants and a maximum enrollment of fifty (50). We must have received registration forms, including payment, from the minimum number of participants at least fourteen (14) days prior to the class date for the class to proceed. We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment. If a class is canceled, all paid registrants will have the option of attending another class or receiving a refund of registration fees. Refunds are only available in the event a class is canceled.

We are continuing to offer our free teleconference/webcast lunch series that covers Colorado law topics included on the manager licensing exam. If you are interested in participating in the upcoming classes, contact Allison Grout at agrout@wlpplaw.com to sign up. In addition, if your management company or association has at least five (5) managers, space for on-site instruction, and a desire for tailored instruction time, please contact one of our attorneys to discuss pricing and scheduling options.
