Stephane Dupont has been an attorney in Florida since 1999 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in October of 2007. Stephane obtained his undergraduate degree with Honors from Barry University in 1996 and completed law school in 1999 at Nova Southeastern University in the top 20% of his graduating class. He is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations and has actively educated boards of directors on legislative changes and judicial decisions impacting community associations. Stephane has represented numerous homeowner, condominium, and cooperative associations. His practice has covered a wide array of association matters including collection of assessments, interpretation of association covenants and rules, review of association contracts, preparation of association documents and amendments thereto, resolution of general and windstorm related insurance claims, preparation of opinion letters for boards of directors, implementation of conversion projects, attendance at board and owner meetings and extensive litigation of covenant and lien foreclosure matters.
