Stan Jezierski joined the firm in April of 2006. His practice focuses on the transactional side of association law, including drafting and review of association governing documents, preparation of opinions and recommendations for boards or directors, and negotiation and review of vendor contracts. Stan's practice also involves general business and real estate law matters, including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, real estate leasing issues, formation of business entities, and drafting and review of commercial contracts. Prior to joining Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis and Payne, Stan worked as a litigator for a mid-size Denver law firm. Stan currently serves as a member of both the Local Licensing Authority and Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City and County of Broomfield.
